Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide from Thailand.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times:

• Thailand: 1–3 business days

• Asia: 3–7 business days

• International: 5–14 business days

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on customs clearance, local courier services, remote destinations, weather conditions, or other unexpected delays.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email.

Do I need to pay customs or import taxes?

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days after delivery.

Items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed

• In original condition

• With original tags and packaging

Sale items, promotional items, and accessories are non-returnable.

Are returns free?

No. Return and exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 48 hours after delivery and include photos of the issue.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
