Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We ship worldwide from Thailand.

Orders are usually processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. During collection launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer.

Estimated delivery times:

• Thailand: 1–3 business days
• Asia: 3–7 business days
• International: 5–14 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, local courier services, remote destinations, weather conditions, or other unexpected delays.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.

We are unable to guarantee exact delivery dates for international shipments, especially for destinations located far from major cities or in remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days after the package has been delivered.

To be eligible:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original tags and packaging must be included
• Sale items, promotional items, and accessories are non-returnable

Please note:

• Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• We do not provide free returns or free exchanges
• Customers are responsible for any customs or re-shipping fees for exchanges

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery with photos of the issue.
